GENERAL POLICIES
SCHOOL INFORMATION AND APPROVAL: Atlanta School of Real Estate is an approved real estate school by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for the purpose of offering continuing education courses. Our Georgia Real Estate Commission approval/school code is and the renewal date is December 31, 2014.
RECRUITING: No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed on the school premises. Report promptly any effort to recruit by anyone to Atlanta School of Real Estate at 770.240.2002 or the Georgia Real Estate Commission at 404.656.3916. Commission Rule 520-2-.02(10).
NON-DISCRIMINATION: Atlanta School of Real Estate will not discriminate on the basis of race,
color, sex, religion, national origin, familial, or handicap status in the establishment of fees, entrance qualifications, or standards for successful completion of any course.
RETURNED CHECKS: Any applicant who has a returned check due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.
CHANGES: Scheduled dates, locations, policies and prices are subject to change without notice.
ENROLLMENT TRANSFER: No student may transfer his/her enrollment application and/or paid tuition to another student or to a different course without authorization from Atlanta School of Real Estate.
SCHOOL RECORDS: Atlanta School of Real Estate will maintain the following information in each
student record for a period of at least five years: student's name, address, real estate and/or appraiser license number, date of enrollment, course title, and records reflecting attendance and certifying score.
