FMLS knows that dedicating 3 hours in a day to Continuing Education credit can be difficult for busy Realtors. With that in mind, FMLS is pleased to offer you a new option for Continuing Education – Power Hours. These classes have been designed to provide flexibility in building 3 hours of credit, studying exactly the topics you’re interested in – and in 1-hour afternoon sessions! Once you’ve taken a total of 3 Power Hour classes of your choosing (within a six month rolling window), you’ll receive 3 CE credits. As always, these classes are offered to you at no charge!
These Power Hours classes are available beginning in May at FMLS Training Centers:
Composing and Capturing Great Real Estate Photos

You owe it to yourself to take the FREE CE course called "Practicing Real Estate and Staying Out of Trouble" from the Gerogia Real Estate Commission. It's hard to believe, but this is one of the most informative courses I've taken in years. It's real world applications of Georgia real estate license laws.
Think you know license law . . . think again. Learn from the mistakes of others through actual cases heard by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Learn about advertising regulations , common violations, unfair trade practices, and investigations and consequences.
